Roche Landscaping Services is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Landscape Laborer. This position plays a crucial role in the physical execution of our landscaping projects. Due to the hands-on nature of this role, the position is not remote and requires the candidate to be present at various job sites. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be part of a dynamic team that contributes to the creation and maintenance of aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor spaces for both residential and commercial properties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation, including planting, sod laying, mulching, grading, and stonework.
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and wheelbarrows.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment necessary for each job site.
• Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors to execute projects efficiently and maintain high quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are stored properly.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and representing the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing other physically demanding tasks.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Strong work ethic and detail-oriented approach to landscaping tasks.
• Must be a team player with a willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
