Practice Type: General Surgery Be part of a full‑time team with 2 surgeons and 3 APPs. Supported opportunity to build a thriving elective practice. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with experienced General Surgeons on all aspects of patient care. Perform elective clinic and operative procedures. Provide inpatient post‑operative care and consults. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers and support staff. Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered surgical care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Requirements FNP/ACNP or PA‑C certification. Active Arkansas medical license. Surgery experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented approach. $130,000 per year.
