MRI Technologist

Role: MRI Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic MRI exams using specialized equipment. Key Duties: Ensuring patient safety and comfort, obtaining high-quality images, adhering to safety protocols, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with exam protocols and staff training. Qualifications & Skills: ARRT or ARMRIT certification, BLS certification, IV competency, strong knowledge of anatomy, image evaluation, equipment operation, and effective communication. Experience & Education: Varies by level; includes minimum requirements such as certification, with preferred qualifications of 1-3 years of MRI experience and a bachelor's degree. Additional Requirements: Physical dexterity, ability to lift and assist patients, and excellent teamwork skills. Environment: Supporting clinical teams in a fast-paced healthcare setting, with responsibilities including patient education, infection control, and equipment operation.
