Shift Manager Responsibilities As a Shift Manager, you will supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping America Run on Dunkin'. You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law). You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
