Oracle Lighting is building for its next stage of growth, and we are looking for someone who enjoys bringing clarity, structure and follow-through to a fast-moving organization.

As our , you will connect leadership priorities to daily execution, coordinate work across departments and improve the processes that keep our company moving.

This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports. You will not manage department employees or take over their responsibilities. Instead, you will help clarify ownership, track commitments, resolve routine blockers and ensure important work does not stall between teams.

If you are someone who investigates before escalating, brings order to unclear situations and enjoys improving how work gets done, this could be a great fit.

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional projects, including product launches, promotions and other company priorities.
• Maintain clear timelines, owners and dependencies, while identifying risks before they affect deadlines.
• Serve as a first point of contact for routine operational and process questions.
• Provide first-line support for documented NetSuite and EDI workflows and route technical issues to the appropriate expert.
• Manage administrative workflows for our ambassador and creator program.
• Oversee designated sales-support and marketing inboxes so messages are handled or routed appropriately.
• Turn recurring questions and problems into clearer procedures, training resources or improved workflows.
• Partner with the Director of Operations to simplify, document or automate repetitive work.
• Provide leadership with concise updates and escalate issues when decisions or additional accountability are needed.

What you bring

• Three to six years of experience in business operations, project coordination, process improvement or a similar cross-functional role.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• A track record of taking unclear problems and driving them toward resolution.
• The ability to coordinate work across departments without having direct authority over employees.
• Sound judgment about when to act independently and when to involve leadership.
• Comfort using business software, spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
• Curiosity, resourcefulness and the ability to learn unfamiliar systems and workflows.
• The ability to work on-site at Oracle Lighting’s headquarters in Metairie, Louisiana.

Prior experience with NetSuite is not required. Oracle Lighting’s specific workflows can be learned after hire.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite, or another ERP system.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketing operations or shared inbox management.
• Experience supporting product launches, campaigns or creator programs.
• Experience documenting procedures or improving processes through automation or AI tools.

You will help create an environment where cross-functional work has clear ownership, deadlines are visible, routine questions are resolved at the appropriate level and recurring problems become better processes.

Department employees will remain accountable for their responsibilities, while leaders gain more time to focus on strategy, growth and higher-level decisions.
