Job Title: Medical Sales Account Executive
Location: Storm Lake & Fort Dodge, IA (Field-based / On-site)
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
Are you a driven sales professional or high-performing graduate looking to build a rewarding career in healthcare? We are seeking a motivated Medical Sales Account Executive to drive business growth and expand referral relationships across the Storm Lake and Fort Dodge market.
In this field-based role, you will act as the face of our company—building strong relationships with local healthcare providers, clinics, and key decision-makers. If you are self-motivated, relationship-focused, and eager to manage a high-growth rural territory with uncapped commission potential, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Territory Management: Build and manage a daily routing schedule across Storm Lake, Fort Dodge, and surrounding rural communities.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and healthcare decision-makers to expand referral networks.
- Business Development: Identify new accounts, conduct face-to-face meetings, present product solutions, and consistently prospect for growth.
- Account Tracking: Utilize CRM software and office tools to log activity, track sales pipelines, and report territory progress.
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Credentials: High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Licensure: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
- Background Check: Ability to pass standard background screening requirements.
- Skills: Strong communication, time management, self-motivation, and a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME), medical device, or pharmaceutical sales.
- B2B or outside sales experience.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- New Graduates: Driven, relationship-focused new college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
