Community Driver

Job Description We are looking for a Community Driver to join our Easterseals NH Transportation team. The individual in this key position will provide transportation to adults and seniors in the community. Responsibilities Provide transportation to adults and seniors. Relate well to persons with disabilities. Communicate effectively with staff and professionals. Qualifications High school education, GED, or related experience. Driving record within the guidelines of the MVCP (Motor Vehicle Control Program). Ability to obtain necessary certificates, permits or licenses as required for the job. Valid driver’s license. CDL certification optional, based on agency need. Excellent communication skills. Hours & Compensation Full‑time, Monday – Friday. Part‑time candidates may be considered. Starting rate is $21.50 per hour for qualified drivers; drivers with CDL certification start at $22.50 per hour. Up to nine paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. Holiday pay for staff scheduled to work on holidays, in accordance with program guidelines. 403(b) employer match up to a maximum of 3%. Tuition reimbursement after one year of employment.
