Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients to identify speech and language needs.
  
  
• 
  Design and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care plans.
  
  
• 
  Monitor, document, and report patient progress regularly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on strategies to support communication and swallowing.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to clinical guidelines and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  
  
• 
  Have previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
