Job Requirements As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. Responsibilities May Include Ensuring the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times. Maintaining operational excellence for efficiency and effectiveness. Ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and guidelines. Creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons and employees. Additional Information This position is at an establishment owned and operated by an independent franchisee, responsible for employment decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. The franchisor has no control over employment practices or application processes. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer.
