- Demographic and Eligibility Capture
- Authorization Processing and Capture, if needed
- Charge Capture and Charge Reconciliation
- Prebilling Edits
- Any Area in Pop Health
- Patient Collections
- Previsit Collections
- Postvisit Collections
- Statements
- Bad Debt Process’
- Financial Counseling/Point-of Service Collections
- Coding and Clinical Documentation- RCM representative with Clinical Operations team
- Credentialing- Oversight
- IN/OON carrier Expert
- Communication of Insurance company policies and process changes as related to Front End Revenue Cycle
- Metric Oversight
- Work hand in hand with Provider Compensation in resolving Provider Concerns
