Overview Job Details Job Location: Cypress Place - Ventura, CA 93003 Position Type: Part Time Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.00 Hourly Position Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities As the Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Maintenance Director in ensuring that the Community is safe for residents and staff, attractive and well maintained, and operating within the Community maintenance budget.
