What You Will Do
- Investigate quality issues and identify root causes
- Lead corrective and preventive actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop inspection and sampling plans
- Manage PPAP submissions
- Partner with production, suppliers, and customers
- Analyze data to improve quality and efficiency
- Help support the growth of our Quality Department
What We Are Looking For
- Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- ISO 9001 experience
- Strong root cause analysis skills
- Experience with CAPA and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Desire to take on increasing responsibility and leadership
Preferred Experience
- PPAP
- Supplier Quality
- Customer Quality
- Six Sigma or Green Belt certification
- Electronics manufacturing
- IPC-A-610
- ESD practices
- ERP systems such as Syteline
Compensation
- Up to $100,000 depending on experience
- Growth opportunity into Quality Leadership

Requirements
Must qualify as a U.S. Person due to export control requirements.
