We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources department with a variety of administrative and employee-related functions. The ideal candidate will assist with recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records management, and HR compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources department with a variety of administrative and employee-related functions. Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, and employee inquiries. Process employment verifications, personnel changes, and employee documentation. Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee information. Monitor compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies. Assist with employee relations matters and provide administrative support to HR leadership. Coordinate training programs and track employee development activities. Prepare reports related to staffing, turnover, attendance, and other HR metrics. Support performance review and employee recognition programs. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
