Location: Traveling (multiple district locations)

Term of Employment: 12 month position

Salary: SY 2022-2023 Position Rates

Year 1 90% of $17.52 $15.77/hr

Year 2 95% of $17.52 $16.64/hr

Year 3 100% $17.52/hr

Reporting Relationships

Building Administrator/Human Resources

Requirements

4 years clerical experience

Demonstrated proficiency in: Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint

Word Processing – proficient skill level

Appropriate communication skills with administrators, teachers, parents and students

Ability to travel to various buildings and assist offices as needed, with little notice

Customer service mentality

Demonstrated knowledge of: Basic office functions

Data entry

Excellent English skills: composition, spelling, and grammar

Able to maintain an efficient and pleasant office

Ability to work independently, be flexible and respond to sudden changes

Other duties as assigned by Human Resources and Building Administrator

Evaluation

Building Administrator/Human Resources Testing will be administered to each applicant in the required computer programs including, but not limited to, a word processing test scoring 60 wpm with a maximum of three (3) errors, language usage skills.
