Location: Dallas, Texas Schedule: Full-Time | 24-Hour Shifts | Rotating Weekends Compensation: $170/hour + Incentives

A premier women's and children's hospital in Dallas is seeking a board-certified OB/GYN to join a high-performing OB Hospitalist team. This is a hospital-based role offering structured scheduling, strong specialty support, and the opportunity to practice within a tertiary, high-acuity maternal environment.

Position Highlights

24-hour structured shifts No traditional on-call duties Six shifts per month considered full-time (18 per quarter) Two OB hospitalists scheduled and on-site at all times First assists available to support hospitalists and private physicians Strong, reliable back-up call system Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance Part-time and PRN options available

Clinical Responsibilities

Emergency obstetric coverage Unassigned OBED coverage Gynecologic emergency care Support for private OB physician emergencies Participation in a collaborative, team-based care model

You will work within a highly specialized maternal and pediatric campus with strong interdisciplinary support and established safety protocols.
