Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

We re partnering with a hospital in New Jersey seeking Neonatal APP coverage for flexible day, night, and weekend shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking a strong team environment with full support staff and meaningful hands-on neonatal care.

Assignment Details:

• Flexible 12 or 24 hour scheduling
• 2 3 shifts/week
• No call
• Full physician + APP support
• High-acuity neonatal procedural role

Schedule:

• Days: 8a 8p
• Nights: 8p 8a
• Weekdays, weekends, holidays

Clinical Scope:

• Neonatal direct patient care
• Rounding
• Family communication
• Team-based inpatient support

Procedural Expectations:

• Intubation
• Line placement (umbilical, PICC, PIV)
• Lumbar puncture
• Thoracentesis/chest tubes

Ideal Candidate:

• Comfortable in neonatal hospital settings
• Strong independent procedural skills
• Team-oriented and adaptable
