ProKatchers is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Tuba City, Arizona.

Shift: 4/10 hour days and RDO may fluctuate. Shifts can start at 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am or 12:00 pm, weekdays and weekend shifts could be assigned. 

Work Experience:
Pharmacist is responsible for providing a comprehensive pharmacy and medication management service to patients and ensures a consistent level of service in accordance to TCRHCC policies. Direct patient care and services are provided to neo-natal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients A minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Registered Pharmacist; A minimum of one (1) year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.   Education:
Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education   License:
Must have a current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in a State of AZ   Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
