Known for handcrafted smoothies, bowls, and freshly baked pretzels, we're looking for an energetic, dependable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Supervise daily shift operations and ensure brand standards are consistently met
- Support smoothie, bowl, beverage, and pretzel production as needed
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Handle cash management, register accountability, and operational procedures
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are maintained
- Monitor inventory, product availability, and store readiness
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Foster a positive, productive team environment

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 1+ year of restaurant, food service, retail, or leadership experience preferred
- Previous supervisor, shift lead, or management experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Comfortable using POS systems, tablets, and mobile devices
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including kitchens, prep areas, coolers, and freezers
- Food Handler Certification (current or obtainable within 30 days of hire)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- TB clearance required where applicable
