We're hiring now — if you're an enrolled agent or CPA who wants to do more than file returns, this is your seat at the table. Role Type: Full-time. Salary: $120k - $250k. What you'll do: Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individual and business clients Execute proactive tax planning strategies alongside senior advisors Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns Participate in client meetings, quarterly reviews, and monthly AMAs Identify planning opportunities and communicate them clearly to clients Stay current on tax law changes and assess impact across the client base What we're looking for: Active EA or CPA designation required 4+ years of tax experience, ideally with high-income individuals or small business owners Comfortable with complexity — S-corps, partnerships, real estate, investments Strong communicator who can translate tax strategy into plain language Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving, non-corporate environment Experience with oil & gas or investment structures a plus Apply for position If you are interested in applying please reach out to us on the email below.
