Georgia or multistate RN license required. 2 years of experience in LTC / skilled nursing community required. 1 year of experience in supervisory / management role. Experience working in an Eden Alternative community preferred. Current CPR / BLS / First Aid Certification. Genuine passion for working with elders. Strong teamwork and leadership skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lead and foster teamwork with RN, LPN, and CNA care partners.
