Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active or eligible North Carolina SLP license.
• Completion of background check and fingerprinting prior to the start date.
• Experience working in school settings or with AAC devices is highly valued.
• Clinical Fellows (CFY) and credentialed SLP-CCCs are invited to apply.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to elementary school students with varied communication needs, including articulation, language, and AAC support.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and contribute to the development of effective IEPs.
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in administrative duties, with paid time allocated for indirect responsibilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff to foster student success.
• Attend team meetings and engage in ongoing professional development.
