First Hope Home Care is a Colorado-based agency dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality, and holistic non-medical care. We support seniors by focusing on their overall well‑being-physical, emotional, social, and more-so they can live safely and independently at home.

We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

The Caregiver / Personal Care Aide provides non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions. This role plays a vital part in improving clients' quality of life while ensuring a safe and supportive home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow care plans and agency policies

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Ability to assist with lifting (25–50 lbs)

Preferred Skills:

• CPR / First Aid Certification
• Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience
• CNA or HHA certification
• Bilingual is a plus

Schedule Options:

• Full‑time / Part‑time
• Live‑in / Overnight shifts
• PRN (as needed)
• Weekend availability preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay: $18–$20/hour
