Hourly Pay Range: $43 - $54/hour, based on experience

Per-Diem Hours: the shift is 4pm 8am only, no fixed days, pick up when you are available

The Opportunity: We are on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Night Shift Hospice Nurse (RN) to join our family. This role is more than a job it's a calling. Here, you'll have the unique opportunity to provide comfort and support to individuals and their families during some of their most challenging times.

We are looking for an RN available to work 4pm 8am, per-diem (no fixed schedule), triaging calls and visiting hospice patients throughout the shift.

Your Role and Impact:

• Work on-call from 4pm 8am only, pick up shifts when you are available
• Triage all phone calls, received through our answering service, between 4pm and 8am for Broad Reach Hospice patients.
• Visit hospice patients as required for patient/family support and support of day nursing staff. Provide expert nursing care, symptom management, and emotional support tailored to each patient's needs.

Who You Are:

• A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts, experience in hospice or palliative care is preferred but not required.
• Compassion, with a deep understanding of the emotional complexities involved in end-of-life care.
• An exceptional communicator and a strong advocate for patient and family needs.
• A team player who collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
