Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery | Bentonville, Arkansas

We’re seeking a dedicated Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract assignment in Bentonville, Arkansas . This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality care and support to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.

Position Details

• Specialty: Labor & Delivery (L&D)

• Schedule: Days 6:45a-7:15p

• Contract Length: 13 weeks (with possible extension)

Requirements

• Active RN License (Nebraska or Compact Multi-State)

• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required

• Minimum of 1–2 years of recent L&D experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills

• Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in labor, delivery, and postpartum

• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, responding promptly to changes

• Administer medications, IV fluids, and support physician-ordered interventions

• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other members of the healthcare team

• Support and educate patients and families throughout the birthing process

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal care standards
