Maintenance SupervisorThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating daily maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role supervises maintenance technicians, prioritizes work orders, and drives preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and support production goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians (mechanical, electrical, and controls)Plan, schedule, and assign preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance workEnsure timely response to equipment breakdowns and production issuesPromote and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory complianceTroubleshoot and support maintenance activities involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systemsCollaborate with Production and Engineering to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliabilityMaintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts inventorySupport root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce repeat failuresAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and capital projectsTrain, mentor, and develop maintenance team membersRequired QualificationsAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Maintenance Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead roleStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsExperience working with CMMS systems and maintenance planningAbility to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and manualsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, machinery, automotive, aerospace, or similar environmentsPLC troubleshooting experiencePredictive maintenance experience (vibration analysis, thermography, etc.)OSHA safety training or maintenance-related certificationsKey CompetenciesLeadership & Team CoordinationEquipment Reliability & UptimeSafety & ComplianceProblem Solving & Root Cause AnalysisPlanning & PrioritizationContinuous ImprovementWork EnvironmentThis role operates primarily in a manufacturing plant environment and requires hands-on involvement on the shop floor.All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
