You will prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our service staff to deliver to our guests. You will clean, stock, and keep the bar well organized for superb functionality. This position is a part time position.Open and close the bar following the Hash Kitchen standard operating procedurePrepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with Hash Kitchen drink recipesArrange and maintain liquor program functionally to execute drink preparationOrganize, clean, stock, and prep bloody Mary cartClean and sanitize the bar areas, equipment, and surrounding work areas.Oversee bar maintenance and report any equipment issues to the restaurant managementAssist in the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and suppliesPerform other duties as assigned by store managementWho We AreAt Hash Kitchen, breakfast classics are remixed and reimagined! Guests get to customize their cocktail from start to finish with house made bloody Mary mixes, house-infused spirits, and over 50 craft toppings. Our innovative concept combines chef-driven food and an elevated cocktail program with a next-level atmosphere.
