Report errors in the administration of medications. Assist in programs of the facility that seek to determine if medication errors are taking place, when, where, and why they occur, and how they can be prevented.Key Qualifications: Must possess, as a minimum, a High School Diploma or its equivalent. Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of the state.
