Health Care Attorney

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an associate health care attorney with 2+ years of experience to join our teams in Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee.

Responsibilities

Qualified candidates will have broad knowledge of the health care industry, contracting, privacy, and compliance. Experience with representation of hospitals or health care providers on regulatory and compliance matters and operations is a plus, as is experience with medical staff credentialing and/or health information technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an associate health care attorney.
• Broad knowledge of the health care industry, contracting, privacy, and compliance.
• Experience representing hospitals or health care providers on regulatory and compliance matters and operations.
• Experience with medical staff credentialing and/or health information technology.
• Excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong project management skills, and ability to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.

Compensation

Competitive total rewards package. Anticipated pay range: $145,000 - $175,000. Salary will be determined based on job-related factors, including background, experience, and education.
