We're looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own demand strategy and go-to-market for Deel's emerging product lines. You'll drive full-funnel demand strategy and non-paid channels, working hand-in-hand with Sales, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Regional Teams to build a world-class, AI-powered demand machine for new products entering the market. This is a hands-on builder role that combines strategic thinking with relentless execution—you'll set quarterly and monthly strategy, then get in the trenches optimizing campaigns, testing new channels, and driving measurable pipeline growth. You'll collaborate across teams to align everyone around growth targets and leverage AI to move faster and smarter. Reporting to GM and Growth leadership, you operate with high autonomy while excelling at rallying teams around ambitious growth targets. You're accountable for demand strategy, pipeline performance, and growth velocity for your product.

What You'll Do

Build & Lead Demand Strategy

• Set quarterly demand strategy and growth targets in partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, and regional teams
• Design integrated demand architectures across owned, earned, partnership, and emerging channels using AI to forecast performance
• Scale Non-Paid Channels
• Own demand generation across non-paid channels: content syndication, partnerships, affiliates, review sites, lead buys, webinars, and emerging sources
• Use AI agents to generate and test campaign messaging; build automations to reduce manual work
• Research new platforms, establish ROI frameworks, and quickly kill underperformers
• Drive Execution & Results
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and regional teams to align strategy and drive conversions
• Track efficiency metrics (CPL, cost per SQO, pipeline ROI); automate reporting and optimize based on feedback loops

What You'll Bring

8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns (SaaS/tech preferred)

Proven track record building campaigns that deliver pipeline and revenue at scale

Advanced ability to forecast, analyze, and optimize funnel performance across channels (leads → SQOs → pipeline)

Strong command of demand and performance metrics: CPL, cost per SQO, ROAS, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, pipeline ROI

Creative and analytical mindset—you test, measure, optimize, and aren't afraid to kill what doesn't work

Hands-on builder mentality: you can take an experiment from idea → build → launch → analyze → iterate, and ship fast without sacrificing quality

Comfort with AI tools and eagerness to use them to move faster

Exceptional collaboration skills—you rally teams around ambitious goals, communicate with clarity, and influence without authority

Executive presence: able to present insights and recommendations at leadership level with confidence

Operates as a senior individual contributor: autonomous, accountable, highly data-driven, and self-motivated

Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments

Fluency in analytics tools, reporting, and dashboard development

Fluent in written and spoken English

For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission. Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion. Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location. We don't ask about salary history. Offers are based on the role and what you bring to it.
