Qualifications Required - Associate Degree in Nursing, RN required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

General Summary - Works in collaboration with the Dean of Instruction-Nursing and Nursing Program Director to provide quality education services for Central Community College nursing students. Supports student success and improves retention and graduation rates within the nursing program. Collaborates closely with faculty to proactively identify students who are at-risk of academic or clinical failure. Utilizes resources that are appropriate to assist students. Develops and implements data-driven retention strategies to enhance student persistence and success.
