Data Science Intern

As a Data Science Intern, you will work as a member of the Enterprise AI Center of Enablement to develop AI products that will create impact for the communities and patients we serve. **Position Details:** This role work with the team to build AI and ML solutions with the Enterprise AI Center of Enablement. This is a remote internship. Incumbent will work Monday-Friday, during regular business hours. **Skills** + Demonstrated knowledge of basic computer hardware (pc, mouse, monitor, keyboard). + Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. + Self-motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. + Strong customer service orientation with keen attention to detail. **Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Strong research, organizational and analytical skills as well as the ability to teach users. + Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a graceful and sensitive manner. + Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service-oriented environment. + Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and e-mail and scheduling applications. + Experience in a role requiring effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. **Preferred:** + Students in Information Systems or related field and/or equivalent work experience. + Data Science, Statistics, or Machine Learning Experience. + Strong coding skills. **Physical Requirements:** **Physical Requirements** + Interact with others requiring the employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, and identify volume, tone, and quality of telecom signals. + Support the weight of IT equipment while transporting it.
