Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Home Health for a 15-week contract assignment supporting a leading healthcare organization in Houghton, MI . Responsibilities Include: Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients, including assessments, care coordination, and management of individualized patient care plans. Perform skilled nursing visits including wound care, dressing changes, medication teaching, medication setup, and other patient care needs. Complete patient admissions, recertifications, and discharges while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Provide education and support to patients and families to promote safe and effective care in the home setting. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Home health or home care nursing experience required. Experience with PICC lines and wound vacs preferred.
