Production Associate – Full-Time Night Shift – Durham, NC Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Production Associates for a full‑time opportunity with our client, a leading producer of one of the world’s most popular trading card games. This position is located in Durham, NC and offers a consistent night shift 2‑2‑3 schedule. Pay: $16.13 per hour Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Shift: Night shift, 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule Location: Durham, NC Job Type: Full‑time What You’ll Do As a Production Associate, you will help support daily production operations by inspecting, packing, labeling, weighing, and preparing finished products for shipment. Responsibilities include: Follow all safety procedures and stop machinery in emergency situations when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Operate and calibrate manual scales to verify product weight Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and proper sealing Pack products into appropriate containers according to work instructions Feed displays into shrink wrap machines and inspect wrapped products Weigh, label, and palletize finished products for shipment Assist with basic mechanical issues and report equipment or material concerns Follow company policies, SOPs, and ISO standards Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required Prior manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, or production experience preferred, but not required Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Strong attention to detail Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently Why Apply?
