Construction Project Manager

Location: Lee Health - 2776 Cleveland Ave Fort Myers FL 33901 Department: Facility Planning and Construction Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1 / 7:00:00 AM to 3:30:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $42.09 - $56.83 / hour Summary Plans, organizes, and coordinates the activities of general contractors, sub‑contractors, vendors and owner's consultants that will plan and construct any and all assigned projects. Coordinates the technical activities of projects, including document review, submittals, quality control, installations per specifications of drawings, field coordination issues, as‑built drawings, system testing, AHCA inspections and problem resolution. Requirements Educational Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) Experience Requirements 3 Years Construction Management (Required) 3 Years Healthcare (Required) Additional Requirements Technical and construction healthcare/hospital experience required. This experience should include construction project management, estimating, budgeting, supervisory experience, and project scheduling. State of Florida Licensure Requirements Not Required.
