Role: Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities Assess patients and deliver evidence-based respiratory care in both acute and outpatient settings. Manage ventilators and perform diagnostic tests to ensure optimal pulmonary function and patient safety. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care. Educate patients and families about respiratory health. Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of respiratory therapies, ventilator management, and diagnostic procedures. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
