Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality service and food standards.
- Support and motivate team members to create a positive work environment.
- Train and develop employees to meet and exceed performance expectations.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
- Handle customer interactions and resolve any concerns promptly.
- Manage cash handling, bank deposits, and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations.
- Step into leadership roles when the General Manager is unavailable.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (not public transit, as some bank deposits may be required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for creating a great workplace culture and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to train, coach, and inspire team members.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and advance into higher leadership roles.
