Lead Nurse Researcher & Evidence-Based Practice Innovator

Duke University Health System seeks a Nurse Research Scientist to lead nursing research and evidence-based practice initiatives. You will closely collaborate with nursing leaders and interdisciplinary teams to advance nursing science and improve patient outcomes. Your responsibilities include mentoring staff, facilitating research, and coordinating research activities across the system.
