Job Summary Atwell seeks a Project Manager with energy industry experience. Current projects include oil & natural gas, CO2, hydrogen, and RNG pipelines and facilities. The Project Manager will build our business through industry contacts nationwide. The Project Manager will achieve business objectives by developing opportunities, executing project work, and ensuring financial and team success through schedule, cost, and quality leadership. The selected candidate is expected to develop proficiency in the essential functions listed below. Essential Functions Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Oil and Gas/Hydrocarbons Projects division, setting goals and objectives aligned with the company's vision. Lead development and execution of project strategies, ensuring alignment with client expectations, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Serve as primary liaison between the company and key clients, fostering relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Oversee financial performance of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure profitability. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the division, leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends. Mentor and develop a high-performing team of project managers and engineers, promoting collaboration and continuous learning. Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Professional Engineering or Survey license is a plus. Experience Minimum of 8 years in senior leadership roles within the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects. Extensive knowledge of pipeline and facility design, construction, and operations. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, able to drive growth and profitability. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, inspiring and motivating teams. Proven ability to cultivate strong client relationships and deliver customer satisfaction.
