About the Role
The Company is in search of a Deputy Chief of Staff to act as a pivotal link between executive-level direction and the team-wide execution of significant projects and initiatives. This central role involves managing a diverse range of responsibilities, including calendaring, correspondence, people operations, project management, CRM, and event planning. The successful candidate will be a go-to resource, with a track record of exceptional organizational acumen, sound judgment, and a commitment to ultra-high standards. Key qualifications include 5-8 years' experience in project management, operational excellence in detail-intensive work, high emotional intelligence, and a proven ability to build and maintain key relationships. The Deputy Chief of Staff will be expected to work closely with executives, lead multi-stakeholder teams, and ensure the seamless execution of tasks across the company's various ventures. This role demands a high degree of discretion, a polished communication style, and the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of a fast-moving leadership team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at driving projects to completion. They should be warm, welcoming, and hospitality-oriented, with the ability to engage with executives, collaborators, and VIP guests.
