PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Full time employment is an average of 30 hours a week.
We are looking for people with positive engaging personalities that smile through a head set, speak clearly and show genuine care for the guest experience. Everything we do is rooted in respect for our employees.
P. Terry's believes that the crew members are the backbone and foundation of our success. With that in mind we made the industry leading decision to pay our full-time crew members a $15.00 minimum wage after their first 90 days of full-time employment. Community Involvement
Our reputation for giving does not stop with our employees; P. Terry's has given more than $1 million dollars back to local charities since its inception in 2005. We have extended this giving upon our arrival in San Antonio. Cashier/Order Taker Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- A friendly smile
- Ability to serve our guests needs with a high sense of urgency
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Must have a food handlers permit
- Previous experience working with a Point of Sale (POS) system is a plus, but not required.
- Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on restaurants needs
- Must be able to use to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
- Ability to serve our guests needs with a high sense of urgency
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Must have a food handlers permit
- Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on restaurants needs
- Must be able to use to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time

- Have a "yes" to the guest and each other mentality
- Need to have stamina to maintain good energy over the shift
