Help Desk Analyst I

Job Description We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in JERICHO, New York. The Help Desk Analyst I will be responsible for providing first-level support to users, specifically in finance and operations. This role includes the management of D365 project operations and the support of active users in the system. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities Provide first-level support for tickets and expense-related queries from users. Update project-specific resource rates in D365 as part of rate ticket assistance. Provide additional support for 1st level tickets as required. Utilize the D365 system for project operations, in conjunction with additional HSO Projects 360 ISV. Support a user base of 1900-2000 active users. Use skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments to effectively perform duties. Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with Android Development Proficiency in Cisco Technologies Experience with Citrix Technologies Competence in Database Management Knowledge of EO/IR systems Proficiency in Active Directory Experience with Apple Devices Understanding of Computer Hardware Skills in Configuration Management Experience in Deployments Strong communication and problem solving skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Demonstrated customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
