Precision Tune Auto Care in Raleigh, NC is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them in-store and over the phone, while helping to schedule appointments and explain various automotive services. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a minimum of 1 year in an automotive service role, or equivalent customer service experience.
