Overview Join Addus HomeCare as a Personal Care Aide (PCA). Earn up to $24.70 per hour to start, with medical benefits and flexible hours. We are hiring now. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal prep, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping and socialization. Travel from home to home to provide individualized care. Participate in a 16‑hour training course if not already a trained PCA or CNA. Qualifications Current trained PCA or CNA preferred; entry‑level candidates accepted with training. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record if driving required.
