Now Hiring: Experienced HVAC Service Technician
Location: Emmett, ID | Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits

We’re growing and looking for a skilled, self-sufficient HVAC Service Technician who’s ready to take ownership of their work. If you enjoy variety, solving real problems, and working with a small, supportive team — this is the job for you.

What We Do

We specialize in residential HVAC with some light commercial work. From service and maintenance to system changeouts and diagnostics, we handle it all with integrity and craftsmanship.

The Work You'll Do

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits

• Perform seasonal tune-ups and system checks

• Install and replace HVAC systems (residential changeouts, additions, light commercial)

• Ductwork repairs and modifications

• Indoor air quality solutions (humidifiers, filtration, etc.)

• Diagnose airflow issues and system performance problems

• Basic control wiring and thermostat installs

• Work on systems in everything from 100-year-old homes to newer remodels

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of HVAC service experience

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently in the field

• EPA 608 Certification (Required)

• Idaho HVAC license (Journeyman preferred)

• Clean, professional, and customer-focused attitude

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
