R&D Project Manager

Job Title: R&D Project Manager Location: Solon, OH; Remote will be considered What's the Job? Lead several R&D projects/programs within Innovation and Renovation Projects across Frozen Foods businesses (Meals, Pizza and Snacking). Plan projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with Idea-to-Launch (I2L) and key corporate strategies and commitments Orchestrate cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams (R&D, SBU, Zone, Markets) to achieve defined Key Success Criteria and deliver against the business case. Manage project stakeholders and negotiate with key internal decision makers and business partners, leveraging internal and external networks to remove barriers and drive decisions. Ensure projects are delivered according to key performance criteria and to the satisfaction of key stakeholders, while controlling scope changes through proactive communication. What's Needed? Minimum Bachelor in Science or Engineering (or equivalent) with sound knowledge of project management. More than 5 years of project management experience, preferably in R&D and/or Food & Beverages. More than 7 years of experience across R&D, Operations, Markets and/or commercial functions. Proven track record of strong project management, including the ability to manage parallel and sequential tasks, identify and communicate costs, timing opportunities, and risks. Project Management Professional (PMP/PMI) certification is a plus. What's in it for me? Own end-to-end project planning and execution that directly supports future commercial success.
