Mechanical Assembler II (Onsite)

Location 11404 Commando Rd, Everett, WA 11404 Role Overview Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Assembler – Onsite, U.S. Citizen/Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Work in both standard and non-standard environments, ensuring high-quality output and safe operations. Responsibilities Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials. Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment efficiently and safely. Maintain and organize inventory of products in workstations, ensuring all necessary materials are available and accounted for. Perform quality checks on work, identify product defects, and rework or repair assembled equipment per engineering specifications. Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards; maintain a clean and safe work area. Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for up to eight hours per day. Utilize hand and power tools with precision, troubleshoot issues, and apply problem‑solving skills to meet quality standards. Qualifications High school diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline. Minimum of one year of relevant experience. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Strong reading and interpretation skills for technical documents and drawings. Proficiency in using various hand and power tools. Attention to detail and ability to follow engineering specifications. Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
