Floor Tech
AHI Facility Services, Inc.
Willing to train, some experience preferred. Essential Duties Perform all assigned tasks in a professional and timely manner. Strip/wax VCT tiles (attention to detail is critical). Burnish floors with a high speed machine. Extract and bonnet carpets. Utilize appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedure. Support janitorial program (other duties as assigned). Work with little supervision. Report safety hazards when identified. Observe safety precautions at all times, use safety signs. Experience Operating the Following Equipment (Preferred but Not Required) Low speed Side by Side High Speed Burnish Carpet Extractor Wet/Dry Vacuum Drying Fan Walk Behind scrubber Ride on Scrubber Pressure Washer Must be able to pass background check. #J-18808-Ljbffr AHI Facility Services, Inc.
