About the Role: As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Teton Therapy, you will serve as a healthcare provider within our team. Your role will be multifaceted, engaging you in clinical care, patient education, and team collaboration. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and implementing individualized treatment plans to guide patients on their path to recovery. At Teton Therapy, you will work primarily with adult patients who have orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and mobility challenges. Teton Therapy supports specialty niches such as pelvic health, women’s health, pediatric, neuro, and many others based on your interests

Expectations: You can expect to manage a caseload of approximately 50-60 visits per week, ensuring personalized care and focused treatment for each patient.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position is someone with a passion for delivering the best patient experience possible and an interest in expanding physical therapy services beyond the clinic. We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant who:

• Thrives in building relationships with patients and promoting positive long-term outcomes.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is ready to take on additional responsibilities to help our clinic grow.

Skills & Education:

• Education: Associate's Degree for Physical Therapist Assistant (adapted from the clinic's required equivalent degree).
• Eligible for Wyoming state certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Full-time availability preferred, though part-time and PRN candidates are welcome to apply.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on care in the clinic, treating approximately 60 visits per week.
• Develop strong relationships with patients to support their recovery and long-term health goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality of care for all patients.
