Senior Business Development Executive (IT Services & Products) Location: Pune (Preferred) Experience: 48 Years Market Exposure: US / MENA (Preferred) Are you a results-driven Business Development professional with a proven track record in B2B IT Services & products Sales ? We're looking for a passionate individual who can drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and lead from the front. Key Responsibilities End-to-end business development (Lead Generation to Deal Closure) International client acquisition and relationship management Prospecting, client meetings, proposal coordination & negotiations Achieving sales targets and growing the business pipeline Mentoring and guiding junior Business Development team members Maintaining CRM and providing market insights Must-Have Skills 48 years of experience in selling IT Services & Products (Software Development, Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, etc.) to international clients. Proven experience in outbound prospecting using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other lead generation channels. Experience selling to International clients (US/MENA preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven experience in handling the complete sales cycle Team handling/mentoring experience Experience with CRM tools Why Join Us?
