Our agency operates from two convenient Louisville locations, Middletown and Fern Creek. With a proven track record, we’ve consistently ranked among the top 10 out of 22,000 State Farm agents and are proud leaders in the life insurance industry. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tracy Haus - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
